about THE BOOK

This new book is a combination guide, workbook, narrative, journal for anyone seeking to age with dignity and control.  It was inspired by the author’s experience providing care for loved ones and by her passionate desire to help all of us remain true to ourselves, even in our weakest moments.

Through essays and remembrances, survey answers and guided questions, the book is an invitation and opportunity to help us age with purpose and meaning.  It is ideal reading for seniors, caregivers and family members of all ages.  It provides a thoughtful and honest way of letting others know who we really are even if or when we can no longer tell them.
